Andrea Stiles Pullas

Andrea became CEO of Prosono in 2025. She joined the Prosono team in 2022 as Principal of Program Development.  

Andrea brings over twenty-five years of social impact experience to the Prosono team and a passion for building partnerships with communities to translate vision to action. During the course of her career, Andrea has led teams in program design, development, evaluation and fundraising to drive impact in multiple issue-area spaces including financial access, financial capability, workforce development, upskilling, and basic needs infrastructure. Her work spans across for-profit, non-profit, and social enterprise organizations and has contributed to connecting tens of thousands of low-income small business owners, workers and community members of color to capital and opportunities in the United States and Latin America. To date, Andrea has raised $60M in support of social impact initiatives around the globe. Previous employers include Ascendus (formerly known as ACCION USA), the Banco Solidario (one of South America’s largest commercial microfinance institutions), Aval (a consulting firm that Andrea helped to co-found in Ecuador), Mi Casa Resource Center and Engineers Without Borders.   

Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication and Spanish Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder. She serves as Board Chair for the Attainment Network and is a member of the Board of Directors of Warren Village. Andrea is bilingual in English and Spanish and a proud dual U.S. and Ecuadorian citizen. She is mom to two wonderful kids, Nico and Sofi, and her forever puppy, Henry.
