The Challenge
With three years of program operations under their belts, the team at Prosperity Denver Fund was ready to to learn more about their impact in the community and interested in using what they learned to inform current and future strategy. As a relatively young organization, Prosperity Denver did not yet have a Theory of Change or evaluation infrastructure in place.
What Prosono was hired to do:
Prosono was hired to build an evaluation framework for Prosperity Denver Fund as a first step towards operationalizing an evaluation function. The Prosono team collaborated closely with key Prosperity Denver Fund stakeholders (including staff, Board and partners) to map current programming, develop a Theory of Change and build a detailed evaluation plan tied to the Theory of Change.
Outcome of the project:
Prosono successfully provided Prosperity Denver Fund with the necessary tools to measure their social impact and improve their strategic decision-making. Through their collaboration with Prosono, Prosperity Denver Fund is now well-equipped to systematically evaluate their programs' effectiveness, track their progress, and optimize their strategies for greater community impact. Prosono's strategic guidance has empowered Prosperity Denver Fund to enhance its organizational capacity and foster a more informed and impactful approach to support post-secondary outcomes for Denver students.
