Dr. Chelsie Hess has been a contracted program evaluator with Prosono Denver since 2022 and brings over 15 years of experience in higher education and community program evaluation, specializing in teacher program effectiveness and initiatives serving children and families. Her expertise includes program design, implementation, and assessment, with a focus on both qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide actionable insights. She holds an M.A. in School Counseling and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a focus on Child Development, as well as a doctoral minor in Applied Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Northern Colorado.

She has a strong background in community needs assessment, grant evaluation, community engagement, cross-agency collaboration, and IRB oversight, ensuring ethical and sustainable program outcomes. Dr. Hess works closely with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that support long-term success.

In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures in Colorado’s mountains with her two children, as well as cooking, watching movies, and collecting folk rock vinyl records.
