Jacklyn Ward

Jacklyn first joined Prosono from 2018 to 2022, where she led transformative client engagements that exemplify Prosono's commitment to purpose-driven strategy. Among her notable achievements was supporting the design of the strategy and product delivery framework of a social good trust mark, collaboratively building the product from concept to launch. She also supported a strategic planning effort for a government agency investing annually in Colorado's outdoor spaces, co-designing more equitable investing solutions with leadership teams and stakeholders.

Following her first stint at Prosono, Jacklyn served as a Senior Principal of ESG & Sustainability Solutions at Korn Ferry. There she supported the growth of the firm’s ESG & Sustainability practice and led people-centered client engagements connecting sustainability, business strategy, and operational improvement. Jacklyn returned to Prosono in 2024, and her current work focuses on strategic planning and impact-driven initiatives that help clients navigate complex challenges.

Jacklyn's expertise in sustainable business practices includes successfully guiding multiple organizations through B Corp certification processes. She is deeply passionate about and involved in the advancement of the B Corp movement, using certification processes to aid strategic planning initiatives. Her diverse career spans multiple industries including conservation, technology, agriculture, international development, retail, education, and finance. She has experience supporting multinational corporations, social enterprises, startups, foundations, non-profits, and governments.

She holds an MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, where she served as Net Impact President. Jacklyn earned her BBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Kentucky.

Jacklyn's unique work and life experiences have shaped her ability to tackle complex problems in thoughtful, innovative ways. When not working with clients, she remains actively involved in her community, serving as a Strategic Advisor for Anthony Lakes Outdoor Recreation Association and previously as a board member for the YMCA Baker County and Oregon League of Conservation Voters.
